Cancellation Policy
Desert Delight Travel & Tourism offers free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time.
- Free cancellation: cancel at least 24 hours before the tour for a full refund.
- Late cancellation or no show: cancellations within 24 hours or failure to appear will be charged 100 percent of the total booking amount.
- Peak season bookings: a non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm the reservation.
- No partial refunds: no refund for any unused portion of the tour once it has commenced.
- Exceptional circumstances: in genuine emergencies, refunds or rescheduling may be considered with supporting documentation such as a doctor’s note.
Refund Policy
- Refunds apply only to fully paid bookings and will be processed less any bank, transfer, or operational charges.
- In some cases, a credit note may be issued and can be used for future bookings, subject to availability and applicable rates at the time of rebooking.
- Non-refundable services: costs incurred on behalf of the customer, including ticket purchases, third-party activities, or advance supplier payments, are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
